THE SACKED ONE: What sacking Jose may mean for Betting on Chelsea Matches for the rest of the Season
The Sacked One |
Earlier today a Bomb was dropped and the English Premier League(and the world of football/soccer) knew Drama once again.
Jose Morinho went from being Special and Unique to being Sacked and humiliated.
Pundits globally were thrown into a spasm caused by the fact that current permutations will have to change. Below are some reactions:
Chelsea have blown their future by sacking Jose Mourinho... he was the best man to sort out the mess at Stamford Bridge ..... by the MAIL-ONLINE
The sacking of Jose Mourinho is the worst decision in football history - shameful Chelsea should have let HIM sack his treacherous prima donna stars for playing like Christmas turkeys and conspiring to bring him down....PIERS MORGAN
Thought Abramovich wouldn't have bottled it and stuck by Mourinho. He would've turned it around eventually. Now up to Juande Ramos...Liam @OffsideLiam
“I’ve never known a capitulation like it from a football club. I have never known players to perform like they did last season and then be so bad now. It’s unprecedented. Once you fall out with players then it is a very difficult situation you find yourself in. If you fall out with two or three you can move them on. But when you go over that you’re talking about half a dressing room. You can’t sack all the players. Then you have a decision to make.”...Former England striker Alan Shearer, in Radio 5 live:
I’m shocked to say the least. They must already have somebody lined up to have done it now. I’m sad to see Jose go because I got to know him quite well and he’s a great manager with great character. He’s a loss to the Premier League.”...Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce:

Nigeria's Odion Ighalo becomes England's highest goalscorer in the year 2015
Watford striker Odion Ighalo continued his unbelievable season in the Premier League on Saturday, as the 26-year-old Nigerian international opened the scoring against Aston Villa. The Super Eagles striker now has to his credit, some amazing stats. Ighalo has been directly involved in 10 of the 13 Premier League goals Watford have scored this season. That’s 77% of the goals.
Moreover, Ighalo has now scored eight goals in the Premier League this season, while his tally in 2015 is awesome. Alongside Harry Kane of Tottenham , Ighalo has now scored 24 goals in the calendar year: which is the highest amount of goals of any footballer in the top four flights of English football. Wow!
