The Gunners kept pace with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League courtesy of a 3-0 win at Swansea on Saturday.
The big games are coming thick and fast with Bayern Munich away in the Champions League and a north London derby against Tottenham next up for Wenger's team.
"Let's focus on the quality of our game and keep a good balance between hunger, humility and confidence. The Frenchman wants to see strong focus in the next seven days as Arsenal look to build on positive recent result in Europe and in the league.
"It's a very big week for us as we go to Bayern now and then we play Tottenham at home, but we have some very strong results behind us," said Wenger.
Arsenal, now 13/8 to win the Premier League, will be genuine contenders if they keep showing the sort of determination they did in the second half against Swansea, says Wenger.
"We are very ambitious, very hungry as well, and if we play like that we will be in the fight,'' Wenger said.
"In the first half it was difficult, but in the second half we upped our purpose and tempo and had pace in our combinations.
"Once we scored the first goal, we were the dominant team."
Arsenal are 13/2 to win away at Bayern Munich, having beaten the Bundesliga champions 2-0 at the Emirates in their first clash.
